  1. I made the butter chicken tonight. I did not have coconut milk so I added some shredded coconut and 1/2 cup of plain yogurt. So amazing. Did you swipe the recipe from your grandma? I feel like I need to write her a thank you note!

  2. I just made the fajitas for dinner and the butter chicken for my mid week meal prep. Both worked wonderfully in my pressure cooker! I have an 8 qt oval shaped Deni pressure cooker.
That butter chicken had me eating out the pot! So delicious!

  3. I was a little confused on the first recipe when you were talking about the Crock Pot pressure cooker vs the IPot when cooking the rice. Would you still cook it for only 6 minutes if using an iPot brand pressure cooker? 6 minutes doesn't seem like enough time to cook the rice in an iPot. My white basmati rice usually takes 12 minutes to cook. Thanks for any advice!

  4. Oh man, my Hunny Buns will love these!! I just got an instant pot a while ago & have loved playing with it, but these are way more creative than I've been!! 🙈
Hopefully you'll make a vegetarian ideas version next for me! 😘

  5. I love your butter chicken recipe!  That is a favorite of mine and making it in the instant pot would be so much easier! I also loved your fajitas recipe, how you make the steamer pouch with the veggies. That is something I would like to try.

  6. I loved this video! Here in brazil, instant pot is a must have for every kitchen, but I (and most people) don't have an electric one, so I don't know if the rack trick is gonna work 🤔 Either way, it's pretty easy to cook rice on another pan 😁

  7. Garam masala is supposed to be put at very last stage. The last 5 mins of cooking. You put it in the beginning. Put it in the last. You'll see the difference!

  8. Hi! I tried the spaghetti recipe tonight but unfortunately it wasn’t successful. I used Trader’s regular semolina pasta. Cooked on high in the Instant Pot for 5 minutes and let it sit after. The spaghetti wasn’t cooked through. So I continued cooking for another 10 minutes on medium with the pot just slightly on. The spaghetti has a gummy texture. The sauce and meatballs however are very good. Anything you’d recommend I try differently?

  9. This look yummy. I had a disaster with the spaghetti the first time I made it. I didn’t know you weren’t supposed to stir the sauce in. I got the burn light. I release the pressure and added some more water. But it didn’t matter. The burnt taste permeated the spaghetti. Now I know better. Live and learn
