I have a question: How can someone give advice on an industry that the rules aren't written for yet?
I'll admit i didnt listen to the entire session, the excessive use of "i think" or "probably" or "likely" did it for me
Listen people: I've been in the shareholder meetings, I can tell you that the state of Michigan wants to convert the caregiver model to a legitimate business model. This is going to be streamlined. The MRA has even warned about putting your faith and hard earned money into the hands of a cannabis legal team, it's just not going to be required.
These guys are lying they don't have any idea what the licensing is going to look like.
If you want to know what the michigan laws are read them yourselves they're super easy to understand, and if you want to understand the licensing process read the information published by LARA, the regulatory agency which is crafting the license process and who oversees the licensing of individuals and businesses.
Don't trust _ANYONE ELSE_. They've been lying to us for 100 years.

I'm Already in the "craft production area" of grow, extract, etc…. This makes much sense to me… We have Breweries in my area, why not a "Marijuana Cafe" …. I DO like the Sound of this more and more…
I have a question. If I grow medical as a caregiver is my wife allowed to grow for recreational use she doesnt have a medical card. If so how does that work will have to be separated or can it be done in the same area?

Will micro businesses be allowed to deliver their product to a buyer via on-line sales IF within the municipality of the license?
