Great little breakdown. I find the videos easier to follow than reading, I seem to take in the info better. Can you do an EFT video ? Or have you already done one ?

I prefer growth stocks but own Store Capital REIT. They’re young but have increased dividends since going public in 2014. I hope they can keep it up. Great video.
Great tips 👍 Watch out for your dividend players getting disrupted. Dividend payments can always be cut. I love receiving dividend checks in the mail every month. Yeah I know. They don’t really get mailed to my house, but I love the analogy. 😎
