your video focus is stoned. Family video survived because they also own the real estate they use, while blockbuster was only leasing real estate. That's actually smart af tho. Family Video is also doing well in Detroit suburbs, because they have cool people working there.
Family video actually bought the buildings and lease out the pizza or whatever to pay rent. That's why they haven't all shuttered their doors. The Marcos Pizza does not work in buffalo ny (and probably other pizza saturated markets) where local pizza is significantly better or more established.
My knee sometimes hurts when I stand up. I always thought CBD was just another vitamin/supplement scam. Snake oil that only works because of a placebo effect.
