Mine is OXSQ but it’s a low valued company so thinking of selling. Others are AGNC, SDEM, IDV and PFF. I think the most secure to keep in the long run is the utility stock DNP. All of these pay monthly dividends except for IDV.
IGD is consistently paying 11 months of Dividend per year ever since 2017/5/1 ORC the super risky stock but the dividend yield is pretty high i think everyone has like at least 10 stable dividend stocks in their pockets
IIPR is my favorite “marijuana stock” that pays a dividend. Fantastic management with previous experience in REITs, very profitable, fast growth, and growing dividend. Look at their dividend history. Just under $1 billion cap and still so much room to grow
