  1. Welcome to 2020, please overthink your opinion about bcaas. Newer studies show, that the benefits you're talking about is not given because of the lack of the other essential aminoacids. Therefore you would need to take eaas or a complete whey protein.

  2. Try to eat 6-7k calories in a day eating just “clean” foods. I eat 3k and I feel like throwing up from fullness, and I weigh 230lbs. Most elite athletes have to eat “junk” just to get in the calories.
