  1. in some articles, COX-1 and not COX-2 drives PGI secretion, however, in some books, COX-1 and COX-2 both drive the secretion of PGI-2, that's why Selective COX-2 NSAIDs have been re-instated clinically.

  2. Please check your sources for your lectures, there is a big mistake in classification of NSAIDs according to COX selectivity, as you classified diclofenac, meloxicam, and etodolac as selective COX-2 ?!!!

  3. Can you pls reference the table @3.08 as other texts say all that mentioned in selective cox 1 inhibitors are actually non selective?

  4. So since I'm not allowed opioids for my back pains Diclofenac which is the only one which helps slightly with the pain is more dangerous but not addictive. Which makes sense since you can't be addicted when you're dead.
