  1. I know that there is science behind all of this, but even if it were just psychosomatic it is still incredibly powerful. When he said “I knew I was gonna be ok” was when he started getting better. Wim Hof sped up the process.

  2. I know someone for sure gonna tell me that I'm rude for asking this… But it's just out of curiosity, looking for answers for my own existence.
    If breathing and exercise helps with immune system, depression, anxiety etc. how come Mister Hof visibly (damage in the face) struggles with alcoholism? How to handle addictions in general if it's forever part of numbing trauma, in result lying to one's self that they are in control? Is having control over your physical self enough to not look for, or ignore need for emotional control?

  7. What you call being sick is only having symptoms… Cold shower and breathing will never get you out of serious health problems.. See Dr morse's videos and the rest of your life will be completely reorganised and you will access to your real life

  8. i started with the wim hof method and after 1 week i felt a headache. then I stopped the breathing exercises and started again after 1 week and felt a headache again. Did I do something wrong what can happen to me ?? i really want to do the exercise looking alot of videos only positive comments about the methode,but why i feel this headache did something can happen to my brain with the lagging oxygen???

  9. Thanks Doug. Nice to see someone of my generation benefitting in a very serious way. I've been dealing with idiopathic peripheral neuropathy for 5+ years, doctors have NO clue! I believe my Qigong has helped keep me stable but I will embrace the cold & breath work. Learned Xi breathing in Qigong. Peace!

Wauuuu, he empezado hacer las respiraciones está mañana, después de estar oyendo y viendo vídeos sobre el tema desde hace unos días, he hecho 2 rondas de 40. realmente creo que tengo que perfeccionarlo. Las sensaciones han sido diferentes a cualquier otras que había experimentado antes con otros ejercicios, pero lo que realmente más me ha asombrado es el tiempo que he podido estar sin respirar 90 segundos la primera y 130 la segunda. Sin duda seguiré practicandolas todas las mañanas. Eternamente agradecido y espero verte pronto por España. Salud, fuerza y felicidad para todos. Namaste
