  1. One thing is universally true for more experienced folk like me. We all understand, that in our 20's, we knew a lot less about life than we thought we did. We see this in Millenials and remember.

  3. After 33 years working for others in the fitness industry. . I Created my own business at 50 in 2010. used tools from jab,Jab hook for marketing. Followed your recommendatiOns for marketing on social . Found niches , which for my business was Women new to fitness over age 40. . Now age 60 , I just sold a wildly successful business to spend more time with grandkids and waiting for my next adventure. Your journey inspires and your tools are solid. Just gotta start at any age.   4. Also I was unemployed for over 2 years as an over 50 so yes ageism definitely a thing. I took a job to pay the rent (finally) but it is so menial and at times degrading – but I'm eating and that's a good thing and it gives me resources to do Youtube and my blog.
