Thanks again Cheri for your videos. Quick question though…I own an Ardent as well as a Levo II and a Magical Butter machine. Different machines for different purposes I guess (or batch sizes), but have you found the infusion process with the Ardent to be as effective as the MBM or the Levo since there is no agitation involved? I was going to stick with the Levo for small batch infusions but I like the idea of using the Ardent for even smaller batches. Your insight and practical experience, as always, is appreciated!

You didn't seem to twist the lid firmly onto the Ardent Lift machine. With mine, I can turn it a lot more than you did with your machine.
