I was interested to know why you put the Nutritional yeast on top of your meal rather than mixing it in when you made the dish. So just a small question there.

The donations to the environmental charities is a lovely idea. The main meal that you cooked with the lentils and the spinach is really similar to how I do it, I just prefer kale or broccoli to spinach and substitute the lentils for chickpeas or cannellini beans. Also, if you want the sauce thicker, just add some tomato ketchup or BBQ sauce, it's bloody lush.
Had no idea about the ground flax seeds and water creating cyanide, that's bonkers isn't it and thanks for the info again. Nutritional yeast is truly vegan, it's lush on bolognese and our dog loves it =P

What are your thoughts on eating canned food? I have seen so many things about how dangerous canned foods are for your health due to BPA and also pregnant women should avoid canned foods due to BPA.
