  1. Hi Janice, happy Chinese New Year! Enjoyed your travel and food adventures. Hey the next time you're in Haymarket Chinatown area, why don't you drop by to say hello to an ex-Singaporean at Sydney Currency Exchange, Shop G8A 683 George St. (opposite Market City). We will be delighted to meet you! Johnson

  2. I saw you in front of Macca's George St today. Took me too long to realize it's you lol. Just wanted to say keep doing what you're doing! You're helping me great deal as I'm a newcomer in Sydney. Keep it up! 🀟

  3. Love your vlogs. Dollar shop is on our list to visit but so far we’ve tried Hao Di Lao in Chatswood, YX hotpot in Eastwood (great ambience) but our fav would be legend hot pot in Burwood (good value hot pot buffet).

  4. Just so you know… You're suppose to dip the cooked meat/vege in the sauce that you made at the counter. Not straight out of it…

Just to add that you'll get free parking under haymarket center from 6.30pm-11pm if you eat there. Since its expensive to eat there, you might as well make full use of the benefits.

  5. Ooohh that looks like a very fancy Hot Pot restaurant and with a $86 price tag that is quite expensive indeed.

Last hot pot I had was at YX Mini Hot Pot in Haymarket.

Best Hot Pot I've had/experience was last year when I was in Taipei, Taiwan.

There is a highly rated one in Singapore which I want to try when I'm there in a few months time.

Love the vlog and thanks for taking us along on your casual Saturday night out. 😘

  6. How you make me feel hungry in this late night hour. The food seems nice, will see if I have time to give it a try when I visit Sydney this weekend. And welcome back to your home… Looking forward to more knick knack around Sydney. πŸ™‚

  7. With Qantas about to start BNE to ORD service, you should try to do a series comparing Chicago and Sydney. (I know BNE is Brisbane; work with me here πŸ˜‹)

  8. Normally for hotpot places I would make 1 of their fancy dipping sauce & a basic one made of soya sauce, lots of red chili with minced garlic and some coriander……Pity they don’t have shoyu & wasabi.

  9. Nice bib! You too can have a car like that one day, just keep up the good work you do. Is black the only color of hats that you have? I'm telling you, one of these days I'm gonna get you a hat, and it probably won't be black. lol

  10. I've never been to a Chinese hot pot restaurant before. I really want to try the mala hot pot, I loveeeeeee mala πŸ€€πŸ™Œ Also, we have Hay St. here in Perth CBD πŸ˜†

  11. highlights 2:43 hello! 4:11 hello! 6:32 LOL, I vote for this to be your new way of telling us something is good or not 8:20 LMAO! btw 86 isn't too bad, it looked like you guys had a lot of different stuff and for the service as well as a private room. worth it!

  12. Lol I like how they both came to you when you said ice cream πŸ˜† that's generous of them, so much ice cream! Whoaa AUD 86 dollars 🀯 it's really expensive for me πŸ˜‚ I'll just watch you eat haha! Damn that chromed rose gold car at the end!!
