  1. I hurt my shoulder 2.5 months ago and keep thinking it's better but then when I go back to class it gets worse. I guess it's doctor time…

    (Edit/update) I went to the doc and they think it's just a muscle strain and impingement since I have full rom. :). They said to do PT and if it still doesn't get better then come back.

  2. I really needed this. What about loosening up the muscles around the shoulder blades and up into the traps. I get bad knots and try to stretch but have a hard getting that area to loosen up. Thanks for the content!
