I had a polp that was completely blocking the inside of my nostril. The doctor ask do you have a problem breathing out of that nostril. I said no but when they removed it I was like wow I guess I couldn’t breath that well bc it was a huge difference. But it was not a bad surgery they ended up finding out that I had a deviated septum and a couple fractures but I was back to normal after a couple days I’m sure it way less if your just removing a polp.

Those covered parking lots are actually being constructed in my local hospital's main lot. The best part a out them is that they are actually solar panels!

Get off all dairy, all wheat, and all junk food, Soda, Sugar. Try just one week fruits, veg, and meat if she eats meat…..Just try it! She will have no more allergies:)))
Halie, I am gluten free and here are some suggestions on foods I have: Brazi bites, anything made by udis, Annie's mac and cheese, glutino pretzels, and most potato chips are gluten free
I remember you mentioning in an earlier video that Halie has POTS? A lot of people with POTS also have gluten sensitivity or celiac, so I wouldn't be surprised if her tests revealed further issues with gluten. Regardless, I hope she gets the answers she needs!
whatever happens with Aurora, it doesn't have to be the cause of divorce. there must be a way out. Aurora isn't wrong in this, she doesn't ask for pain. you must be patient and continue to love Aurora. I love watching your YouTube videos ..
Just the fact that you both noticed that you needed to spend time on your relationship BEFORE it became a problem says that you all will be just fine 💜 and a delicious ribeye and cheesecake never hurt! 😉
If you think about it all your adopted kids have special needs. It's hard because Aurora is a baby. But you got this guys. I believe in you. I have seizures and I'm 40. I'm fine and my kids and husband handle it fine. Education worked for us.
I think you guys should make a cupboard of just gluten or wheat free food just for Halie. That way Halie doesn’t accidentally eat foods she can’t and the younger kids don’t eat Halie’s gluten free food on accident
Your husband reminds me of what me and my husband do we can do much but we try to take 15 20 every day and say good things about each other day and spend that one one 1 day a week for 1/2 hour or more just to have that time
Dont worry Halie, the scratch test doesnt hurt at all! I have had it done many times before and it really just feels like a finger nail brushing against the surface of your skin

There is a scanner app for gluten free called GF scanner and a app to eat out called find me gf. They work great.

Avoid soda for a bit and see if it helps it really helped my skin to avoid sugar !!!
