Decided to do some work on myself, and finally fully kick my alcohol addiction. Why not do a podcast about it? 😛 [MY SOCIAL MEDIA] → Website: …

  1. Thank you for putting your story out there josh. This video just may be the reason that I reach out for help rather than continue this cycle of “I don’t have a problem” and then “I can quit on my own”

  2. I applaud you sir for being brave and admitting you have a problem. Im just happy you did it before you hit rock bottom. 5 year 22 days recovering addict here. I wish you all the best

  3. Anyone one who’s followed your channel can tell weed is your main issue man or just having a crutch in general because you know that you’re hollow inside and that’s obvious, sounds like hell but the cure is being sober and living life with therapy, watching you push any other reason like pure alcoholism because everyone in your family did it is absolutely wild.

True fans of yours can see this video and the rehab journey you’re experiencing was clearly in your future for the past few years. And sadly you’re visibly like 5% better. (imagine being truthfully 100% better)

Your rehab experience seems like a slight joke tbh and turning to smoking cigs or ecigs shows you always need a crutch because there is a deeper issue that you think you’re confronting that you’re not, plus the other people you associated with in rehab needed the smoking crutch also which shows further poor character choices and that you didn’t completely try fix things. Just seems like you didn’t take it 100% head on.

You’ll forever be in denial that weed is your key issue, kinda sad, but hey keep smoking “occasionally” and slowly fall into another heavy smoking cycle and mental trip after 2 years and rehab cycle. Then blame something else like life/system and repeat.

Btw you have the most naturally hollow personality of anyone iv seen on youtube ever. Not trying to be rude its just clear and transparent.

Get away from this toxic shit (youtube), get 100% sober and make it your life but not be so vocal about it, just live it, stay on anti depressants only if you need it then get off them asap, get an actual job to change your life and focus on living with the help of regularly talking to a professional.

It’s fine to want weed and alcohol but not doing it isn’t that hard, just remember where it put your mind over years, if you smoke (or drink) a few times a week it’ll just happen again but slower (having a proper mental break)

Sober life is not as “fun” as being constantly intoxicated by something frequently but it’s life. After a while living sober becomes all you want.

I’ve personally been to rehab for suicide and addiction and i gave up all drugs, cigs and anti depressants cold turkey for a personal decision and it’s ofcourse very hard but i have been fine, now i naturally feel happier without the help of a bag of weed a day, it’s not a stoned happy, but it’s happy none the less and you have to relearn emotions including positive and negative ones all over again.

In this video it seems you think you know all about addiction now because of 28 days but you doooonnnttt at all. Don’t smoke anymore man and don’t make rehab a ‘safe place’ in your mind, after 6-12 months when life gets hard again you’ll want to go back there but focus on moving forward and getting better ✌

  4. So dope that you went to work on yourself bruh.im hella proud of you bruh. Both my parents are recovering drug addicts. I myself am 2.5 years heroin free due majorly to the help of CANNABIS.

  5. JOSH!! Been watchnig you for a hot minute maybe 4-5 years.. please change the title it seems like getting out of rehab is a bad thing. There are obviously looking at these comments plenty of people that love you so change it to just succeeded at rehab or just finished with rehab you got this homie! Im not sober but proud of you for taking your life in that direction.

  9. Went two years without drinking after blacking out one night. Been drinking for the last two months again but decided to go home early and celebrate legalization this new years. Gotta say it felt good waking up clear headed and well rested after talking with friends who were hungover as shit yesterday lol.

  10. So proud of you man. I am almost 19 but celebrating 2 years sobers from numerous narcotics. I struggled through highschool abusing many drugs. I was fortunate enough to have a support system to help me get sober . i undderstand the pain and difficulty. Keep fighting and stay sober

  11. Hope you get better man. Cant wait for your weed reviews and stuff when your even better and ready for it. You make me want to try to do videos like yours man. Thanks for all the motivational stuff to. You do help people a lot with stuff by just being open josh.

  12. It honestly takes a lot just to admit that you have an issue in the first place. You should be very proud of your progress, keep your head up, and happy new year!

  13. Just this podcast alone is a type of therapy for you my friend. I’m sure you’re well aware of that already. I’m a complete stranger, but I am happy for you bro! I hope everything goes as planned & if you ever drift off course, that doesn’t mean there’s no room error…just hop back on the road and try again. Even the slightest bit of effort is better than none at all. đŸ’ȘđŸ»đŸ€˜đŸ»đŸ’ȘđŸ»

  14. From a hopeless state of body and mind, a psychic change must occur. To continue on in your weed based YouTube channel and smoking would be fully diving out of a psychic change. From one alcoholic to another I would recommend staying sober for a year and working with your sponsor on your physic change. You shouldn’t want to continue with marijuana.

  15. weed is medicine. smoke a bowl dude! alcohol kills 3.5 million per year, yet people drink it anyway. reefer has killed no one in the last 4 thousand years. you choose!

  16. So did I. Was the first thing I graduated after high school. Lol. Good on ya though, I was forced into and it was still a rather good experience. Hope it was the same for you

  17. Just reasonably smoke limit your self to a Quarter a week a gram a day to knock the edge off just don’t go crazy spending a few hundred a week on concentrates just save the concentrates for special occasions

  18. I’ve been watching your channel from the strain reviews like so long ago. Good to hear you’re doing better.

I recently quit weed as it distracts me from going where I need to be in life.
