Thanks so much for filming this video, I knew it would be fun! I'm glad to hear you talking about Koda more. I think speaking of him out loud and doing your dedicated video will help you heal. I lost my Dad 25 years ago two weeks before my wedding and it was extremely crippling. I know humans and pets aren't the same thing but death is real hard. The only thing that helped me was talking about him again and again just getting it out there. The other thing was simple I just needed time. Take it easy for now.
Love all the presents you received. Husbands are great aren’t they. My husband has been unemployed for 2 years now and so we agreed not to spend anything on Christmas presents. Well he sold some stuff to buy me presents. I then went onto Walgreens website and had special personal items made for him with our two babies (dogs) Draco & Chloe. I had them put on a mug and magnet plus had an 8×10 collage print done of both of them. He was really surprised. We don’t have any kids and won’t be having any as we are now in our 50’s. So our animals are our babies. It took me 7 years to finally get over my 2 cats and dog passing away before I was ready again. I also had my dad pass away in 2015 and my mom in 2017. We just got Chloe in 2018 and got Draco this year while on vacation in Florida. I am so sorry to hear about Koda and know how hard it is when they pass away. Take all the time you need to grieve. It will take time.
I didn’t get anything for Christmas my husband got fired unfairly and we are struggling with money but we did got our kids couple Christmas presents 🎁 which that made us more happy 😊
Great job on the prep work for Christmas so it would run smoothly & you could enjoy your time with your guests. Those are all such thoughtful gifts. The wineglasses are super cute :)) Gotta love the bag of goodies from Mom !!! She has you stocked up for awhile. Would love getting all those gift cards. They're great to use when sales are going on. Your husband is so sweet to make sure you got gifts from him (besides what's coming in a later video), so you could have something to spend on yourself. I'm so sorry for what you're both going thru. The loss of our precious fur babies is heartbreaking. Nothing feels quite the same for a long time. Try to find some comfort in knowing that Koda is no longer in pain. Knowing that is the only thing that got me thru some days when my fur babies passed. Sending Love and Hugs to you ❤

My brother retired from UPS and worked hard too for them. I know it’s not the same anymore. He was a diesel mechanic and also became a manager.
