  2. I have Scoliosis to. It causes a lot of back pain and sometimes neck pain for me. It hurts but I still get through it and I feel great. I am happy to see you talking about your pain problems with everyone and that your starting to live more pain free. You are awesome Kristen McAtee

  3. I have really severe back, shoulder, and knee pain that sounds almost exactly like yours and I use a balm called Tiger Balm. I would recommend it to you, it really helps me.

  4. Hi there!
I didn’t think I would ever message someone from watching a video, but I couldn’t help myself because of how much I relate to your video. I feel like my story is very similar to yours and it starts off with me being a competitive cheerleader for 7 years when I was younger. I too was working out every day a few years ago, mainly running, because I wanted to lose weight. Although I did lose about 40lbs, I ended up having nerve pain down my right leg. I would feel my right leg go completely numb while working out and I got nervous, so I stopped working out and went to the doctor. My doctor diagnosed me with a pinched nerve in my L5S1. Physical therapy didn’t help at all and so I went to a chiropractor and they told me that I had misaligned hips and scoliosis.Ā Ā I did 17 weeks of treatment with my chiropractor and decided to stop going because I was in more pain than when I started. I initially went to the chiropractor for the nerve pain and ended up leaving with really bad hip from all the treatments of moving my hips and one of my upper vertebrae’s. I stopped working out because it was too hard to on my back and hips and that killed me. I was so happy working out because I was losing weight and it honestly helped so much with stress. There was one day in particular that I was in so much pain and nothing I did would help and so I ended up going over to my neighbor, who is a physical therapist, and she examined me and basically told me that the reason my hips are not aligned properly is because my leg lengths are different. Obviously, it’s nice to hear a reason why something is wrong with you, but I truly hated that reason because it meant that I would have to deal with my pain forever and I couldn’t go on my runs like I wanted to. I dealt with that diagnosis for a long time and it wasn’t until recently that I decided that I wanted to get a second, technically third, opinion. It’s crazy how similar our stories are, and I just had to tell you mine and let you know that you have given me hope. Maybe I can be fixed and just maybe I will not be in so much pain for the rest of my life. I would honestly love to get to the point where I can work out however I want to and not be in constant pain after. If you got to this point, thank you for reading.

    Take care!
    Karlee

  5. Lots of good chiropractors are ā€œmuscle blindā€ so they only think about the bone structure and not the muscles surrounding them! One you said ā€œthe knot in my backā€ I thought you just need to stretch and get a good massage every month or so! I’m so glad you aren’t in pain anymore:)

  6. All the sports I do are running and I get back pain sometimes put I’ve had it like 2 where I can’t move my lower left at all or else it will hurt like hell but I haven’t had it since last year and I’m on a new soccer team with some new stretches so that might have helped

  7. I really enjoyed watching this video, it was really insightful. It would really be awesome if you could make a video showing or explaining what workouts you do. Much love, and hope you have a wonderful dayšŸ‘½šŸ’™

  8. Im a massage therapist and the intensity of how twisted up and chronically in pain and tight people are makes me so sad. Especially when a really expensive 50 minute "release" (because yall need WAY more than 50 minutes…its years of work for some people and even then its a allaround change) is a "treat"

  9. I totally relate!! I have really bad anxiety and it's always triggered whenever I feel physical pain because like you said, it's not visible like a cut on your finger is. Thank you for talking about stuff like this and not shying away from sharing your take on CBD, i'm a strong believer in it.

  10. i have scoliosis as well. it was almost a 70° curve in my upper back, had to have a spinal fusion at the ages of 12 & 13 12 hours each. i still have back problems, mobility limitation, and my back aches when it’s rainy or cloudy out.

  11. I relate to this so much!! I’ve experienced all of what you’ve explained and it’s so nice to see that I’m not crazy or the only one going through this stuff!

  12. CBD oil is my favorite. I have juvenile rheumatoid arthritis And I use it. I have other medications but, I went to a summer camp and i didn’t bring the oil cuz I was afraid of it breaking and my pain came back. That’s how I know how strong the oil is. However you have to be careful where you get the oil because some of them do have drugs in small or large percentages. It’s best to buy them from a specialized pharmacist because they’re usually more trustful than going to a random cvs.

  13. why the FUCK did I not know you have your own channel… I was today years old.. why?.. I fucking love you we are a lot alike. I'm glad you have CBD in your life it truly is a great medicine as well as cannabis.
