  1. I'm nervous to be sharing something so personal with you guys today- but I really think it's important to speak my truth.

Please share this video- you never know who it could help

  2. This put SO much into perspective. I was seriously contemplating a breast augmentation before watching this, but I’ve found through watching this that it truly isn’t worth it! You’re potentially saving so many people’s health and lives! Thank you so much for sharing, Karissa! I’m so glad you feel like yourself again. 💗

  3. I think anything thing can make you sick now a days even some
Of the food you consume on a daily basis. Condoms are plastic, iuds, any kind of birth control, tampons etc…thanks for this video I’m sure it will help many people.

  4. It’s weird that this is shocking people. When you get implants, it’s foreign to your body so it’s constantly trying to fight it. Of course as a result your immune system can go haywire. I think implants are kind of disgusting to be honest.

  5. I somehow came upon your page. I literally feel you have saved my life. I had breast implants about 22 years ago. I lived with capsular contraction for so many years until finally my left breast just fell so DUMMY me had my implants redone 6 years ago. I should have known right away something was wrong right away because the left breast needed 3 surgeries and the right breast was fine. 2 years go by and they were hard as rocks again, I now have 2 autoimmune diseases which I probably had before the second surgery. I live in pain from the autoimmune stuff every day. My hands are getting deformed because of the autoimmune. I have to inject medications into my tummy every week for the autoimmune disease. I never hug anyone anymore. I have to strategically put my nipples in my bra because that left nipple is just about on the side of the breast. I just started doing research about explants. I live in Northern California so Dr. Chun would probably be my best option. I lost my health insurance last year so I am going to start saving for the explant. Do you have a ballpark figure on how much it costs…just the doctors part with being put under, the surgery, follow-ups. Not really worried about the cost of staying at Airbnb or travel costs.

Thank you so much for this video…You totally will be the one responsible for changing my life…..Lots of love to you!!

  6. personally prefer small boobs (if chic has an ass). damn fake boobs make me walk on egg shells or think of having leaks in my mouth.
appreciate your damn self , someone out there thinks your his type.

  7. I think moving towards changing the ‘heart’/mindset is more important than all the external factors to build up confidence.

For eg being grateful for being healthy is better than seeking ways to boost own image through extreme ways of plastic surgery. There’s too many plastic surgery sharing on YouTube now. The girls are not ugly but they look- for ways to change their looks. A lot going to Korea for surgery. But take a look at their society, they have one of the highest suicide rate in the world.

They did this because they want to have more confidence. But they r not ugly. confidence should be from within and not based on external because youth is short term. Everyone grows old. I looked at the Hollywood beauties all looked wrinkled after they hit certain age. This is life. It’s normal. I think it’s better to embrace ageing gracefully than to go for options and then ended up in agony when things turned bad. The ‘heart’ is more important in this sense.

Being confidence shouldn’t depend on external factors.
When u mentioned ‘shell’, it’s similar to what Buddhism has taught me. We r just temporarily in this shell. Everything in our world now except our own core wisdom) is just impermanence. Nothing belongs to us and things don’t stay as it is all the time. From ‘our’ own body to countries development… see how fast buildings are torn down and replaced. What happiness/unhappiness. Or emotional or feelings we have is also constantly changing. The ‘now’ at this very second is very fast over by the next. So that’s no need to amplify the ‘Me/My/I” but to shrink it to find the wisdom from within.

I wonder those that did nose implants do they have the problem too? They are still foreign thing in the body. The body might be in inflammation mode to ‘fight’ against it ….
