I really hate when people really drag you on about saying I don’t know. I say I don’t know because I truly don’t know. The others will say that I don’t try. However how can you try something without learning how to at least preform what you are doing. Teachers used to do this to me to, they want you to try to at least know where to start off in teaching you, but when I say I don’t know, I would much rather prefer start from the beginning rather than continue with something I don’t understand.
I concur that there is no research that will come up with concrete outcomes because those types of studies are impossible to create due to too many variables.
Despite all the thirsty comments about Dr Mike, his speech is really well thought out and is very obvious yet we keep living our lives without doing much about it. I think in general, you are in control of your stress and you shouldn't let others break it for you. There are many videos that teach you that you gotta make stress your best friend (eustress) so that you can live a longer and happier life despite all the negative things that may happen in your life.

My cardiologist is the head of cardiology at her hospital. She speaks nationally on the heart and different tratments/defects. One day she told me i need to also start seeing a liver doctor (cant remeber how to spell that one) and when i started asking a bunch of questions about the liver and why i needed to go she replied to all the heart related questions but when i started aksing about the liver she said "i know two things about the liver, where it is in the body and how to spell it." I laughed because how she said "i don't know" was hilarious but i also respected her much more for being who she is in the medical field but waa still able to say that she didnt have a clue.
how does one differentiate between doctors who dont know because there is not enough research and doctors who dont know because who did not do enough research?
It's honestly not just doctors, it's people in the general population who read a little about "Trauma" and "Dissociation" and think they know everything.
