gotta keep that black market going … hell maybe a chance to harm the some of those of savoy citizens…by not regulating the quality of the drugs they illegally obtain…maybe you are right …if the people in this village are so dumb …then the all the neighboring village people might be just as dumb ..they might never think of selling it to them……woah…a tax free zone… just thought of that one…maybe the village is trying to sell gas to the citizens that will drive out of town to go get some…I m sure you will all be safer by creating a crime zone…sorry not from illinois…hey…close the shades…hide in your house…I'm sure you'll be fine.
