I am Trans and I think that move to record people's gender AND sex in the marijuana study was really backwards. Truly a step back for a seemingly ally to go. Seriously, tho. πŸ˜‘

    ATTENTION** Federal Cannabis Hemp Marijuana Prohibition is
    Unconstitutional!
    There has been no Amendment to the U.S. Constitution EVER regarding
    Cannabis. The 9th Amendment in the Bill of Rights says : "The
    enumeration in the Constitution of certain rights shall not be construed
    to deny or disparage others retained by the people".
    In other words, we do have the right to use alcohol and cannabis even
    though those rights are not listed in the Constitution. And the proof
    is it did require a Constitutional amendment, the 18th, ratified in
    1919, to prohibit alcohol. It required another amendment, the 21st,
    ratified in 1933, to repeal that prohibition when the people and the
    government realized how stupid it was — just as Cannabis prohibition
    is.
    But there has not been a Constitutional amendment in the case of
    Cannabis. Because it can be proven in court that Cannabis is not as
    harmful as alcohol, it can not be prohibited without amending the
    Constitution.
    The 18th Amendment, alcohol prohibition, is a binding precedent. Just
    in case you are ever arrested, have that evidence and expert witnesses
    ready. A jury has the authority to nullify an unconstitutional law, and
    declare the defendant not guilty.
    And surely routine drug testing/urinalysis is a violation of the 4th
    Amendment, regarding unreasonable search & seizure, and the 5th
    Amendment, regarding self-incrimination. @ The term "prohibition" in
    itself, is both misleading & false, regarding the "legality" of Cannabis

  3. if it removes from schedule 1, we can own guns and smoke pot, NOT having it removed from schedule 1 keeps it the same way where you will lose your permit from carrying a gun due to consuming weed, it even says it in the damn 4473

  4. Now that it isn't a scheduled drug, will a CDL still require a UA that tests for THC? I know it says 'safety sensitive situation'… but does it negatively affect my driving ability? Be prepared to Cite Your Sources so that we do not end up with more laws that are based upon False Premises… πŸ™‚

Not a single thought for our Federal Parks and Forest Lands… In 2018, law enforcement in California removed 1,396,824 marijuana plants and eradicated 889 outdoor cultivation sites, most of which were operated by Mexican drug traffickers on federal lands…

  10. Collins says we need to educate the public on Marijuana… In reality, 47 states worth of us lowly public have already legalized it… and our federal representative is 'just now starting to educate himself on it.'…….. These guys are very far out of touch with reality, or is it just me?
