  1. I went vegan for a while. I found the lack of dairy made me feel great. I began to eat meat again but laid off the dairy and still felt great. Brought dairy back in and I felt sluggish and my acid reflux came back.

  2. So this guy did all this research after seeing the film and has all the answers … sorry Chris but I’d like you to actually sit across from some of the researchers and doctors that are well versed in the arguments, not your 2 day research binge

  3. I would like to just know how does vegan diets effect early child development. Joe mention reading about malnourished children did to vegan diets. I wanna know more about that. Was it a poor vegan diet or do kids really some sort of nutrients you get from eating meat?

  4. I’m not vegan or vegetarian, but I really Wonder where Chris gets these studies? Were they performed by the meat, dairy & egg industry? Wouldn’t mind knowing the source. Also there were a lot of doctors, scientist/studies, etc on that documentary are these two saying that all of them are full of shit & have simply narrowed it down to propaganda? I think everyone of you that talk diet are confusing as hell & by next year you will all change what you’re saying. I’m sick of it & honestly don’t know wtf to eat.

    This WWE build up to you coming out of the plant-based closet is getting old.

    No one will think of you as less of a man. In fact, you'll probably get laid more. Women love that kindness and compassionate shit.
