I have just finished dehydrating 6 quarts of mixed, volunteer Basil.
What beautiful dill. Our dill patch is just getting established. As to using dehydrated dill…I found ours was a bit more intense than the fresh. I use it in a lot more than I expected to. Sprinkled on eggs, potatoes and in salads.

Fronds…..are the branches of the dill.
