Just because THC was found in a drivers system does not mean that they were high at the time. Unless there is a device that determines the percentage of how much an individual has consumed and/or determine the proper levels in which how much a person CAN consume before being deemed an impaired driver, then this hound labs device will be useless. They are on the right track though!
