What good is the receipt when they short changed me 3.5 grams. I bought 7 grams on April 1st, 2019 and when I showed them the mistake the next day they said you left the store and we will get back to you within 24 hours. It is October 15, 2019, and they still owe me $52.99 which I want rather than that low-grade cannabis they are selling.

The Facts and the Controversies of Medical Marijuana
The two compounds that are on discussion today are commonly known as Tetrahydrocannabinol otherwise known as THC. The other compound on discussion is Cannabidiol otherwise known as CBD.
THC is the compound that is highly sought after by recreational users to make one “High”.
CBD on the other hand is a compound that is used in over-the-counter oils for pain relief and will not make a person “High”.
Both of these substances are found in Marijuana and the industrial Hemp plant. They interact with receptors found in the human brain with very different effects.
Two types of plants are used to harvest THC and CBD compounds. They are Cannabis (Marijuana) and the industrial Hemp plant.
Marijuana is grown for its high THC content and the federal government claims that marijuana is not medicine and in Gonzales v. Raich (2005), the United States Supreme Court held that the federal government has the constitutional authority to prohibit marijuana for all purposes. Thus, federal law enforcement officials may prosecute medical marijuana patients, even if they grow their own medicine and even if they reside in a state where medical marijuana use is protected under state law. The Court indicated that Congress and the Food and Drug Administration should work to resolve this issue.
CBD oil processed to be nearly totally free of THC from hemp containing 0% to 0.3% of THC is legal by the Federal government. CBD oil processed from marijuana is illegal by the federal Government due to the high THC content up to 30%.
This means that that the CBD oil may be sold over the counter as a pain relief without the “High” that comes from THC if obtained through the industrial Hemp plant.
The Drug Enforcement Administration has given guidance that industrial hemp must contain less than 0.3% THC, adhere to shared state-federal regulations and grown by properly licensed growers. Marijuana and THC is still a Schedule I substance according to the DEA. The DEA still classifies Marijuana and THC as a Federal Crime.
Industrial Hemp is much closer to the kind of cannabis that one would find growing in the wild while high CBD marijuana is hybridized and changed by growers to produce the highest levels of the desired compounds. Medical marijuana growers are currently creating strains with higher CBD to THC ratios to help minimize the psychoactive effects.
As of today the CBD found in the industrial Hemp plant is federally legal and readily available without the side effects of a “High”. On the other hand, medical marijuana is still illegal and classified as a Schedule I substance by the Drug Enforcement Agency.
The debate goes on as to whether to extract CBD from Industrial Hemp or Marijuana for medical purposes.
