See a homemade weed killer recipe that really works. I combine salt, dish soap, and vinegar to make a weed killer. In this video I show the ingredients and mix …

  1. I had to chuckle at you commenting on "one of the better sprayers" you've used. Last time I had to shop for one I couldn't believe how hard it was to find a decent one. You'd think they'd have that nailed down by now.

  2. OMG!! I tried this yesterday in my back yard. Just last week I paid someone $75 to weed whack and they were growing back already. THIS WORKS!!! I sprayed it yesterday and it immediately rained so I thought I was washed away, but when I came out this morning some of the weeds were dead. I re-sprayed and 2 hours later they're ALL dead! I wish I'd known about this $150 bucks ago. Thank you SO much for sharing this video!!

  3. It takes a LOT of salt to "make the land baren" for those worrying about the salt. Those of us in areas that freezes in winter, the tons of salt the city dumps on the roads has not killed all the vegetation.

  4. You need to do this more than once to get a good result as you would with the toxic stuff. Spray two hot days in a row. On the second day you should see some results already.

  5. This is exactly what I needed! I'm trying this tonight for sure!! My landlord keeps jumping on my back about the weeds in the front yard and the back in the gravel areas and I've tried all the weed killers. Someone that sat at my table at work was telling me about this! So I wanted to watch a actual video about it.

  6. Hey Jason,
Will it be safe on Fescue?
A future Client ask me today to use only Organic not Chemical 🤣🤣 and I thought about you and this video!!!🤣
There are weeds on the grass

  7. I have heard some say it is a total vegetation killer, and I've heard it is just a broadleaf killer. Which do you think it will be? It looked like the grass was surviving in your video, but will the salt eventually make nothing grow if used enough? Just some thoughts. Thanks!

  8. Wow, pretty neat, one of my customers told me recently that she sprayed the cracks in her driveway with vinegar and it helps keep them clean of weeds and grass, I guess she wasn't messing around with me after all!

  9. Great job! All your videos have given me great pointers! Thanks. In this video I think you may have said it also is killing the grass. Would this kill or discolor Bermuda? Zoysia or fescue? Those are the major grass types here in Oklahoma. Again thanks for these videos man keep up the awesome work!

  10. Hey Jason, thanks for making this video. Do you think this will actually kill the roots like a systemic herbicide would? I've been thinking about switching to something like this for our mulch bed treatments. But, I'm afraid it will just burn the leaves and the weeds will come right back. Just curious on your thoughts. Thanks
