Can anyone explain why alcohol and cigarettes and cars are legal and marijuana is not???
Alcohol and cigarettes combined kill about a half million ppl every year, cars kill about a million ppl every year, marijuana kills nobody!!

The fact that recreational Marijuana is legal in Washington D.C. and not the rest of the country is total B.S. D.C. needs to follow Federal laws because their not technically a State.
Cigarettes are far more dangerous. Besides killing millions a year.. Think of the idiot parents that smoke cigarettes right next to their young kids/in the house/in the car? believe me this happens. Some parents are smart and don't..but some are fuck heads and give their children 2nd hand smoke from tobacco. I would like to point out that any intoxicating drug will have an impact on teenage brain development but I think a 21 and older age limit would be the most favorable if it were to be legalized.
