I worked for Unimed and sold Marinol in San Francisco and you are spot on, although it wasnt a "flop" but dysphoria was an occasional complaint. "The Cannabis Clubs" in SF at the time were the biggest challenge, but Marinol was a game changer as providing an oral alternative
