  1. For those interested in the noodles, to make them tastier,
    do not microwave. I add a quarter cup of parmesan cheese, and season with garlic powder, onion powder, and italian seasoning to 2 cups of mozerrella, and 2 oz of cream cheese. and 1 egg., make sure cream cheese is room temperature or heat it up in the microwave. The cream cheese is super important that the cheese doesn't burn later on. (the flavor of cream cheese goes away after cooked, and I hate cream cheese so trust me)
    I couldn't boil them even after chilling for 5 hours.
    spread the batter on parchment paper as even as possible
    I bake it at 350 for 20 minutes.
    Then cut, and serve with Rao's homemade low carb sauce, I prefer the marinara flavor.

    This recipe is a bit easier for me since I don't have to wait 5 hours or overnight to chill and potentially ruin when i try to boil them.

  2. I tried the Keto Bread @ 3:30: Didn't have parmesan cheese, so I used what i had available which was Mozzarella Cheese. It worked the same..
