  1. I used to smoke alot of weed but it made me feel very tired when playing sports, now my life is amazing because i stopped sports and smoke weed all day

  2. Question: When I sleep I sometimes snore (mouth breathe). Every time I do, I wake up a few times during the night's interrupted sleep with leg cramps. I have to guess when I snore or mouth breathe, I acidify my body quickly to the point of leg and foot cramps. The first thing I feel when doing the breathing whm excercises is warmth and relaxed muscles in my feet and legs. How can I change my breathing during sleep to nose breathe with a completely closed throat all night? The few nights I have done this, I slept through a full 8 hours without cramps and felt fantastic the next morning.
