  11. The problem of grains is that it contains antinutrients that empeach absorbation of Calcium in what we eat and may cause Cavities. So Grains Must be left in water during at least one night with a little vinegar or citrus juice to decrease the level of antinutrient contained in grains. A lot of people like you should read about Dr Weston Price. Have you ever wondered why even if we brush our teeth 3times a day we all have cavities. It is not only because of sugar but mostly lack of good oils or butter in what we eat and the high level of antinutrient contained in all grains
