At 3min's the herb does not go on the coil with the spring on top, if you pull the mouth-piece off that's where the herb goes, the heat goes up the spring and heats the washer with the holes in it, well that's how i'm using it anyway. Lol
I wish I came across this video before I put my Crystal form CBD in the damned herb atomizer. I got a kit from Ebay for like $13 and change with free shipping. I should have known better it look like an herb atomizer because I use to have one. Ebay and online do not make it clear what is what, even the description is all wrong. They actually have the globe as the herb atomizer!
