  1. As a South African who takes Sceletium everyday, it's not something that you "trip" on. It's mild and I'd describe it as a general mood enhancer. After a while of taking it (about 300mg-600mg per day) you feel more at peace, less prone to depressive states.. Yeah.. Haha… I empty capsules in my mouth and chew on it for a while before swallowing. I take it with baobab fruit powder to enhance absorption.

  3. It probably didn't do much because you're seratonin wasn't lacking. Probably was at good levels to not notice much. Go through some intense stress then consume some. Its definitely better with cannabis

  4. The warning for youtube and advising is sad you have to do for censorship reasons. Not blaming you and I think it's a great idea but youtube really needs to stop demonizing channels and start gearing advertising towards different channels

  5. You did the dosing totally wrong. Kanna is not that cheap. Yes he used that amount of extract. The leaf is weak & random, extract is not & is very strong compared to most 5HT agonists I know of including many pharmaceuticals like paxil, lexapro, zoloft. Mesembrine/mesembronone are simply way stronger with way less side effects. It really matters what Kanna you buy & also how you used it wasn't ideal. Get good kanna extract (ebay, read reviews). I would use 2-3xs what he used into 1/2 cup of boiling water the 1st time. Do not use too much water. Stir it fast and boil it only 2-3 mins. Let it cool down for 20 mins. Swish it around fast in the cup then put it in your mouth. Hold for 5 mins then swallow it all. And another key with Kanna like all 5HT agonists are the corresponding 5HT amino acids & peptides that actually produce the serotonin that this plant activates. So people who eat diets low in amino acids or the wrong acids, simply won't feel it unless they take much higher amounts. If you take l-tryptophan or l-methionine or SAMe or all 3 preferably together with l-glycine… you will get a much stronger effect from it. First time I took Kanna I felt like I was flying a bit, waves of cool air felt euphoric on my my skin as it cooled down, my brain was positively activated & energized but totally relaxed with a slight but very clear euphoria. The key is to flood the synapses with serotonin precursors, know the peak plasma times some aminos require. Some for 5 days, other for 6 weeks to have impact. But if you're always taking the right aminos (or simply meeting your protein requirements which most people don't do) in your diet all these serotonin & dopamine agonists are way more powerful. Certain vitamins are agonists or catalysts to neurotransmission in 5HTP, serotonin, DOPamine, enkephalins / endorphins, etc. Always take 4-5 gms of d-phenylalanine (not L or DLPA) with B3 & B6 before you take kratom. You need enough precursors for agonists to work. You also need enough agonists.

  6. The only effect I experienced from Kanna was when i mixed it with the chewing gum. Like 1:1, chewing for 15 minutes. I kinda liked it, something like weak and short Kratom. Dunno if placebo tho, different methods didnt work for me at all for sure.

  7. i tried chewing with a gum yesterday and today and didn't feel anything apart from a bit of dizziness for a few seconds and nausea today 🙁 after seeing so many ppl talking amazing things about this i was hoping it would help me to make me feel better but seems like it's not gonna happen 🙁
