  1. I'm a grown woman who literally cried in the shower this morning because I am so tired. I get maybe 5-6 hours of fractured sleep a night. I have two types of insomnia (self-diagnosed), terminal insomnia (where you wake up a couple of hours too early) and middle insomnia (where you wake up frequently through the night). I'm being tested for sleep apnea in a few weeks. Until then, I plan on putting Mr. Walker's advice into practice. Honestly, I think lack of quality sleep is to blame for a lot of people's health woes. Good luck to all you other insomniacs out there.

  2. Only way to get my peers to watch this was to opt for the 'have a drink every time he says "sleep"' trick. After 20 minutes I can confirm that the end result is a group of concerned and wasted students.
