  1. I love it when people who have literally no credentials to talk about mental health set themselves up as experts in Ted Talks. This woman gets a lot wrong; please seek out actual mental health experts.

  2. Working for a County office for over 20 years, this women speaking makes a lot of sense. Different personalities are motivated differently and knowing a bit about people, your productivity can be optimized and people can get along better if placed with the right coworkers. My experience, theres always one female in the group that think shes the team leader when there isn't one, one insecure busy body and lots of gossip with mostly insecure women. I tried to stay away from them myself and if I had to deal with one of these irritating women too much, I set her straight.

  3. My stepdad was a true NPD. Ever since each relationship I have had have these traits
Oh and my stepdad was abusive in every way, though he will never admit to it. Just like my current bf my stepdad would say something and then deny he said it a minute later. The only way I could have caught him was by recording but I didn't realize that until older.
Now I feel like I have to do this all over again and my life force is just drained and I barely have the energy to go to the bathroom

  4. You can't manage the unmanageable. Having someone with NPD in an office setting is like putting a wrecking ball in a china shop!!! You obviously have no experience being around these people. Dr. Sam Vaknin has some brilliant YT videos on the subject, but even he knows you can't "manage" these people.

  5. How to manage a highly narcissistic person.
    1. Document their behavior
    2. Terminate their employment
Seriously, those who are highly narcissistic don't work well with others and are a walking lawsuit waiting to happen.

  6. Please make a video in which you speak directly to the Narcissists themselves, and offer your suggestions, techniques, strategies, therapies, etc., that they might utilize to heal, emiliorate, soften, diminish, de-weaponize, etc., their dysfunctional and hurtful behaviors. I thank you in advance.

  7. I feel the main reason we end up with a Narcissist partner in a relationship is being skeptical about running a background check-up on who we’re dealing with. My worst experience was discovering my 8 years wife cheating on me through the help of Cyberhackingsage who helped cloned her cell phone. All i did was share my wife’s number with Cyberhackingsage and i got access to her Facebook, WhatsApp and text messages both deleted and incoming ones with a link on my phone. Contact him, he’s a Genius!( cyberhackingsage@gmail ) or Text/Call/WhatsApp +15713758467. thank me later

  8. If their was even a slight chance I knew my kid was Goona be a narcissist I would not have one,That’s probably why me and my wife never had children,Bringing kids into the world is a huge gamble when it comes to their future!!!And Syd Barnes on Ted talks was awesome he made a lot of funny jokes!!!

  9. I have never met a narcissist that was not a coward. Everything they do is designed to show that they are not cowards but they really are. They are losers on so many levels. There are places where they're successful but I haven't seen many.

  10. This woman is incompetent. Shes suggesting you 'train your narcissist' and receive benefits from them.
Narcissists are insatiable little turds who will do nothing but PUNISH YOU when you're trapped out and exhausted.

    You are INCOMPETENT.
