it is my thought that after the stoma that taking orally at this point would be better…..not sure that rectally would still be the same since the absorption has probably been halted….it would be easy to find out by asking if medications are ever given anally after an operation such as yours…..my guess is not…..but i believe the build up in the fat cells from taking orally is the ticket anyway….best to you sir
