Just a suggestion to bring totes with you so you can throw stuff right in the tote that way its easy to grab. Also if the dog food bag is cut you can use the tote to put the bag in so it won't rip more.

It is not selfish for you to stockpile food for your family. People are so judgmental! We went through a financial hard time about 12 years ago when we got garnished. Our stockpile really made the time so much easier. We had enough food and that made the time so much less stressful.
How long have you guys been dumpster diving? Seems to me you would invest in some kind of holder for the camera so you can use two hands. It's a little off putting watching you grab things one handed.
I kept saying to the screen, take ALL the coke and other bottles. They are worth a lot and are highly collectable. Than you swayed to another bag and kept avoiding them. Even threw other stuff on them 😢. But you can't know everything of course. Great finds.

The corks in the champagne glass are probably kept as a memento from a celebration, like a wedding or something. Which the glasses were probably purchased for. Could be nice Crystal.
The big empty glass tube was a barometer measuerer, missing the inside pieces. Also, people need to realize you all are not the only dumpster divers goung through. Probably a couple coming in behind you, at the very least. Leaving things behind will just go to the next in line. Keep on searching!
Those little pet cages that you have and you say they are hard to sell ,why not donate them to a pet shelter. you don't have anything to worry about ,so when you see them in the dumpster pick them up. things that you don't use donate to whatever organization that needs supplies.

Clothes & books can be donated. Toothbrush is good for cleaning. So many could benefit from the great stuff you found. Plus it stays out of the landfills. Great diving.
Anyone who says a dumpster diver doesn't donate your morals need to be curb checked. Almost every dumpster I know have been damn humble, because they know where they come from and help the people that need help. I understand and feel for these guys because I am a dumpster diver and I will stand up for them any god damn day of the week.

The faucet handles look like they go to a bathtub.

Odds are if in bottles they are old.. it is the Pillsbury Dough Boy not gingerbread man.
You can put the toothbrush in the dishwasher and use it for cleaning small spaces
