Is There a Clear Biblical Reason Why Marijuana Should Not Be Legalized?

I believe this will be the very first time I have ever had to DISAGREE ….. SO LOUDLY., …. well, I mean, I have a few questions on the thought process that determined the choice to present this topic, the manner in which it was presented … etc. I would truly like to have an opportunity to discuss this issue with BOTH Christianity Today and Liberty . It is my belief this scripture lays my foundation for my request. James 5:12
(12) But above all, my brethren, do not swear, either by heaven or by earth or with any other oath. But let your "Yes" be "Yes," and your "No," "No," lest you fall into judgment.

This video is about as useless as sanctions and psychology. The individual in this video provided zero Biblical references.
Apparently there is no CLEAR reason.
I couldn't disagree more. I'm glad this only lasted a minute and a half.
The government oversteps its bounds until I agree with them and then its the common good.
