Move your bed from door, i watch one video and they said if you sleep next to door it's bring negative energy and your soul is lost. Some people don't have choice and their's bed is next to door.
Hi do you still recommend the Zineryt? I have just got this from m GP I used it 10 years ago and it worked for a while but then it stopped working. I have just got it again to see if it works. 🤞🏻x

I’ve tried nearly everything and I still get so many spots it’s so depressing…. not acne just lots of spots….. I do cleansing and exfoliating….maybe sometimes it’s hormones and skincare doesn’t make a difference it’s difficult…
