How do you know how many milligrams to get? That's where it gets over whelming for me. I have depression and anxiety and I'm fighting tooth and nail not to take MEDS. I haven't yet. my concern is I'm a single mama who has very limited funds and cheaper is better for me but I also know you get what you pay for, however I don't want to buy an expensive high milligram cbd when all I would need is a low milligram that's cheaper. How would I know which one I need? I've tried 750 mg of the name brand hempworks but I never felt a difference. Please help 😭

It helps a lot my addiction and to my girlfriend it is huge to help her in her anxiety issue. Issue is the lack of research and most "doctors" don't know it and are not "believers", so sad… ALso, the price is high … wildhealthcbd looks amazing but to expensive for me. Until now i go to plantandhemp and the prices are good and results are here ^^ so i will stick to that, but thank a LOT for this awesome quality video !!
CBD caused me to run very hot. I used the oil to help with sleeping. I ran so hot that it interfered with my sleep. I'm hoping this side effect will lessen in he winter.
Be careful. Many CBD oils have traces of THC. This will get you arrested in many States and the airport. A friend…70 years old… got arrested at DFW for CBD oil that had traces of THC. Insane.

if only it would not be so expensive in europe. It does work for sure since after i took it twice i was never as chill i could feel my brain being completely relaxed and focused (even more than during fasting) saddly after 2nd dose i haven't felt anything i'm not sure to this day why it stopped working.

Do you recommend a consumption method for CBD? Vape vs Edible?
Anxiety typically needs an immediate solution, that's why I prefer to vape.

Does CBD affect dopamine levels overtime like THC does? I know it's not psychoactive but it does play a role on dopamine. Just a thought

Living in canada i buy thc oil and cbd oil..i take both after supper to relax and take away my aches and pains from being a pipefitter. Love the stuff
