Legalize it nationwide and drug trafficking and environmental poisoning is gone. It’s obvious state officials are paid by cartels not to legalize so they keep the trade illegal and their profit.

The next thing would be to hand out harsh punishment to people responsible for killing animals, but, they don't even punish murderers or child molesters as much as they need to.
