If it stays illegal no change will be made their is more illegal dispensaries now then their will be legalized but some of these illegal dispensaries sell drugs like coke crack heroin and more..just saying no big changes will be add if it's legal because (it's ever where now)..only changes people will be able to work that cant bec thc, The dealers that sell other drugs will loose customers, And Pennsylvania will have more money to put into good things not into bad drugs that kills u when u OD bec of the addiction that it gives you…
