so now the people involved in the consistent number of crashes have marijuana in them (surprise..surprise)….more than they did…but the number of crashes did not change…
this is like saying that music that came out 5 years ago is found in cars that crash now more than cars that crashed ten years ago…and the music has nothing to do with the crash…even though it it true…. this video wants to mislead you into thinking that marijuana is somehow the a reason for the accidents…not true…so the warning on driving impairment and might also be a fudging of the truth…what could the motivation be???…if you are impaired you really stand out…is that what he said…what if you are not impaired… how about : @t According to a new study commissioned by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, people who smoke marijuana have a minimally higher risk of crashing than those who stay sober. During a 20-month study of 10,858 drivers in Virginia Beach @t and here too @t. …..Nevertheless, this impairment does not appear to play a significant role in on-road traffic accidents. A 2002 review of seven separate studies involving 7,934 drivers reported, “Crash culpability studies have failed to demonstrate that drivers with cannabinoids in the blood are significantly more likely than drug-free drivers to be culpable in road crashes.” yes they are trained to harass the citizens that pay their salaries….and then put out bullshit warnings to keep the slaves in line… i do not advocate that you smoke and drive…but i also would appreciate some honesty…these a holes have been lying for 50 years and it seems to be their m.o. If you only get 6 hours of sleep vs 8 hours of sleep …you might not drive as well as you would but the impairment does not put you out of the range of operating a vehicle and does not warrant setting up check points or investing in equipment …thanks for the threats…but it all just sounds like lies….people are not dangerous just because you say so….how about some real proof…and who is wasting time training these poor cops into spotting the signs of marijuana use when they could be doing something productive with their time and our money….
