Video describing income inequality, and how to permanently get it a handle on hyper inequality while promoting ethical consumption. Curio was kind enough to …
Ok, so my Dad is a baby boomer who reached retirement age about 8 years ago after working for the same company for almost 40 years, has been a lifelong registered Republican voter, earned a Master's in Economics, and admitted that he actually voted for Trump in the last election and doesn't regret it. He was just over at my place dropping me off at home after taking me to an eye doctor appointment, and I manged to wheedle him into watching this video with a surprising lack of any substantial resistance. I told him nothing about what he was about to see aside from the fact that I thought it was hilarious.
I wish you could have seen his face when the anvil dropped. He was trying so hard not to laugh while also trying to hide any trace that he was surprised at the same time. The look of dismay dawning on his face as he realized he was both amused and surprised, coupled with the realization that he'd completely failed to keep that to himself, was absolutely hilarious and I really wish I'd caught that on camera. He spent the rest of the video with his hand over his mouth, occasionally shaking his head in what seemed like bemusement. He didn't say a single word until the video was over, when he quickly said he had to go and goodbye, then he vanished in a **poof** of good ol' Republican denial.
This video is made of 100% pure, unadulterated awesomeness. I did not see that coming, and I laughed out loud for the first time in about a week. I've had a few fits of giggles since I finished the video too. It really is just good old common sense when you think about it like this. I'd be totally down for implementation of this solution, as it certainly would be a cure for a multitude of serious issues. It's beautiful in it's simplicity as well. I think this video may have been the best part of my entire week. Bra-fuckin-o!!! #EPICWIN

Fantastic 😀 Just remember to take into your calculations that it's not safe to eat the head, brain, or spinal column…
Have we finally found how to ethically consume under capitalism?
