You raise some valid points. I do think I am honestly experiencing daily headaches lately and I almost never have headaches (really haven't gotten any since retiring). I do think it's not just the hypervigilance of body scanning to see if there will be adverse effects from the insomnia since I've always done body scans daily through meditation and yoga. In my case it could be residual, next day hungover like effects from the supplements and meds I've been taking. I'm going to try to do CBTI without any pharma interventions and then will be able to see whether it's that or whether I am for whatever reason getting more prone to headaches (might not be the insomnia—may be constricted blood vessels fro being 65–who knows?0.
