“Famous” Physical Therapists Bob Schrupp and Brad Heineck present Immediate Relief & Self Treatment of Sacroiliac Joint For more information on Sacroiliac …
Wow great video guys. I've had chronic pain to my leg for a number of years now. I e been to doctors, physio, chiropractic, massage, etc without very much improvement and with out a correct dx until I watched one of your shows designed to identify the source of the pain. I feel that it fits best into the S.I. joint category and just doing the first exercise you showed in this video has given me 100% relief. I have saved this video for the future. Thanks again!!!!!
So glad I found this video I needed it tonight the way I need a 911 call for serious emergencies. Two of these movements definitely gave me enough relief to get through the night and I only need to make it to Monday to talk to my physical therapist. God bless you
I called in sick to work tonight because of my sacro pain. I tried these moves about an hour and a half ago and there is a lot less pain, thank you. My chiropractor is on holidays for a week and a half and I do not want to go to someone unfamiliar.
9:16 Bob cast a fearless stare towards the camera He knew the world was looking upon him as medical history was being made that very moment. He felt the defiant urge to scream of joy like stung a pig, but he held it back and took his stand, there, then, in the face of destiny, with his paw Brad.
Im having pain in my left side si. Im going to try these tmrw see if any of these offer relief. I can feel my left it actually feels off or inflamed maybe. Would you recommend icing or heat as well?
I have ehlers danlos syndrome and i constantly have issues with my si joints due to hypermobility and ligament laxity. Would a belt help? If so where can i find one

The sitting and resisting raising the knee worked! It’s not 100%, but it did definitely take the sharp edges off. Thank you for the advice.
Please make a video on sacralization.
Waking up in the morning is extremely difficult- my si joint is extremely stiff – it seriously affects my mobility
I have severe arthritis of the si joints. Recommendations?
Last exercise bending the knee on the chair dropped my pain from an 8 to a 2. Thank you

Can it be caused by driving a manual car? thanks for the helpful video.
Unbelievable, in order to find some relief for my back ache. I actually already did two of the exercises, without even knowing those were exercises.

Do you have a video for treating pain that is just on the back of one Ilium? You know, that area just above the buttock.
Some very good points.
It would be useful to see a video relating to strengthening of the SIJ for stability.
I'm only 22 and I've had this pain mostly on my left side for a while now 😭
First exercise…POP… pain gone.
Thanks Fellas.
No one has mentioned osteoarthritis as the cause..not even Bob and Brad.. very little you can do then…
