An important purpose for the creation of the nation-state has been the protection of businesses and business people by their own nation-states. What benefits will Chinese businesses and businessmen derive from their own nation-state? So far as the protection of intellectual property is concerned, it seems all developing nations go through a stage where they're loathe to protect the intellectual property of more advanced nations, including the US during the 19th century.

Be careful China with your opening up make sure you block exploitative loopholes or you will be infiltrated economically to get to you politically & even security wise be extra careful of Soros JB Morgan and Goldman sachs and never ever allow Zionists to get any foothold in your country

No matter under the “old” law or this new one, foreign investment companies did evaluate all risks before they actually funded in China as well as in other countries. IP protection is not unique and specific for market of China. It must be globalized implementation needs.
