Their ability to think fast if need be is non-existent and they are out there driving cars. They are a danger to not only themselves but everyone else on the road. Marijuana has killed lots of people that way. Smoking it may not kill you but driving after smoking it will. To say its not dangerous is deceitful as hell.
To put that in perspective: if you use 1500 pounds of cannabis for 20 000-40 000 joints, we're talking about 17,01-34,02 g per joint (that's 0,6-1,2 oz. for y'all Mericans). Now that's a serious spliff XD.
