I would like to see and hope that the statements about CBD oil are true regarding the healing of cancer. I do not however want stoned drivers on the road endangering others… I'm fully aware from a full life of drug use of how dangerous this can be… That having been said I have also known three persons in my 50-year career as a carpenter you can still work and do a good job while stoned… The other hundred could not do a good job and we're quite unsafe making mistakes often costing materials and endangering _ others… How can we keep the public safe? answer that to my satisfaction if you can and unfortunately I highly doubt that you can unless you have a blow machine like for alcohol and can't keep cheating from occurring with that machine
