In the new trailer (above) and past ones, such as Nintendo ‘s E3 2021 teaser, Hyrule appears to be much closer to BOTW ‘s familiar open world in scenes where Link is wearing the upgraded Champion’s Tunic. In comparison, scenes where he wears the green outfit have a much more mysterious and wild atmosphere to them. They show less familiar scenery, and seem more focused on new aspects and the floating islands. In addition, Link uses the advanced flying mount when he wears the Champion’s Tunic, which is very telling. It’s entirely possible that the Champion’s Tunic outfit is being used for scenes meant to take place after the events of Breath of the Wild , whereas the ones where Link is wearing his green outfit are in a distant p
Another of Link’s new abilities in Tears of the Kingdom is something that will allow him to return objects to a previous position. This power also comes from Link’s new arm in the BOTW sequel , and has been shown twice so far. The first time was in the E3 2021 trailer, where Link used it to send a spiked ball back at some enemies, and the second was in the latest Tears of the Kingdom trailer, where he used it to ride a large rock up through the air. Both times, the world turned black-and-white, but everything continued to move around the affected object. Prince Sidon is the prince of Zora, the son of King Dorephan, and Mipha’s brother. He not only assisted Link in taking down a Divine Beast that was threatening Zora’s Domain in BOTW , but also was a good friend to the Hylian hero and shared an emotional bond, in part because of Mipha. Sidon heavily grieves his sister’s death and can be caught speaking to her statue, wishing she were there.
